About Ipasa
IPASA, the International Performing Arts Support Association, is a non-profit organization chartered under the laws of the Czech Republic for the purpose of organizing unique artistic projects that support professional music education and concert opportunities.
The president of the newly founded IPASA is Johanna Haniková, an accomplished pianist and graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. Born in 1994 in Zlín, Czech Republic, Johanna is a prize winner of several international music competitions and has performed as a soloist with leading symphony orchestras in the Czech Republic. In 2019, she recorded her debut solo CD featuring music by Beethoven, Rachmaninov, Janáček, and Smetana, released by NAXOS Records.
In addition to her solo career, Johanna is an active member of the chamber music scene, performing as part of a piano duo with her sister, violinist Miriam Magdalena Hanikova, and as a member of the Mucha Trio, alongside Ludmila Pavlova (violin) and Anna Paulova (clarinet).
With IPASA, Johanna aims to support performing artists from around the world, providing them with opportunities for collaboration, development, and international exposure.
